Changes to Axartel's Billing Date

We are making the switch to billing in advance to unify the billing dates for all of our customers, which will allow us to provide better service. This change will be made progressively in the months of May and June.

Why is the company changing to billing in advance?

We are making the change to unify the billing dates for all of our customers, which will allow us to provide better service.

How will this change affect the invoice issuance dates?

The invoice issuance dates will change as follows:

  • April invoice will be issued on 05/01,
  • May invoice will be issued on 05/20,
  • June invoice will be issued on 06/10,
  • July invoice will be issued on 07/01, and from July onwards, invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month.

When will the bank charge be made?

The bank charge will be made a few days after the invoice is issued.

You are charging me twice. I will receive 4 invoices in less than 3 months.

Under no circumstances will services be charged twice. Previously, you paid for the previous month and now you will pay in advance, but always for different months. If you check the issuance date of each invoice, along with the payment date, you will see that the payment is not duplicated and corresponds to different months.

My payment date is the 10th. If you send me the invoice on the 20th, I will not have enough money and will return the invoice.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change in billing may cause you. It will only affect you for 2 months, after which the invoice will be issued again on the 1st, and you will therefore have the charge around the 10th. If you return the invoice due to this reason, you can pay later with a card, in-store or by bank transfer.

Will I be charged for return fees?

If we charge you return fees during this transition period, we will refund the amount to you.

What happens if I want to change my rate?

As you will have paid in advance, if you want to change your rate, it will always be done on the first day of the following month upon request.

If I pay in advance, can I not request cancellation?

Since the service has been paid in advance, cancellation will take effect on the 1st of the following month upon request. Therefore, for the last month, you will not have to pay for the service after cancellation.
