How to make a payment?

If you have a pending invoice from Axartel, we recommend following the instructions below to make the payment using the various available methods.

Option 1: Request SMS with link for card or Bizum payment

If you wish to receive an SMS with a link to make the payment with a card or Bizum, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm your phone number.
  2. Access the payment link sent by SMS.
  3. Confirm the payment with card or Bizum.

Option 2: Pay with a card from the Axartel customer area

To pay pending invoices with a card from the Axartel client area, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Axartel client area using the following link: https://clientes.axartel.es/
  2. Enter your email and password. If you do not have a password, you can request one by following the instructions in our article "How to request access to the Axartel customer area?"
  3. Select the pending invoice you want to pay.
  4. Confirm the payment with card.

Option 3: Separate bank transfers

If none of the above options are convenient for you, you can make the payment by bank transfer. Follow these steps:

  • Make the transfer to the following account: BBVA ES65 0182 2341 7702 0163 3825.
  • In the concept, indicate the name of the invoice with the corresponding alphanumeric code. If there are two transfers, indicate the names of the invoices and their corresponding amounts.
  • Important: send the payment receipt to the email address info@axartel.es.
