What should I do when the Zapi trial period is over?

  • If you have an Axartel TV subscription
If you have completed your trial month and you are an Axartel customer with the TV service, you will continue to enjoy Zapi completely free of charge. You don't have to do anything, your Zapi account will be reactivated after the trial month. 

  • If you don't have a TV contract with Axartel and you want to continue enjoying Zapi

If you don't have a TV contract, don't worry! You can still enjoy Zapi for only 4,90€ per month. All you have to do is let our team know that you want to continue enjoying Zapi after your trial month. You can contact us by calling (+34) 951 238 600 or sending an email to info@axartel.es. 

  • If you don't have an Axartel TV contract and don't want to continue enjoying Zapi

If you don't want to continue enjoying Zapi, don't worry! At the end of your one month free trial period your account will be automatically deactivated. You won't have to do anything. 

If at any other time you want to sign up for Zapi again, you can do so for just €4.90 per month. Just contact us by calling (+34) 951 238 600 or sending an email to info@axartel.es.
